Amplifier Design Offers Excellent Price-Performance
AR/RF Microwave Instrumentation has released its newly engineered 5S10G20A and 20S10G20A solid-state amplifiers and is offering both models with excellent price-performance ratios.
The amplifiers, which are ideal for EMC testing and wireless testing, each cover the 10 to 20GHz frequency range. Model 5S10G20A offers 5W of power, and model 20S10G20A provides 20W.
Like the other members of the "S" Series amplifiers, both models are extremely tough, durable and are full Class A. They have superior linearity and they are 100% VSWR tolerant. Even when mismatch is severe, AR's "S" Series amplifiers will not fold-back or shut down. They continue to deliver 100% of the rated power to the load.
List price is $21,500 for the 5W model and $64,500 for the 20W unit.

Metalized Fabric D-subminiature Shielding Gaskets
Now part of Leader Tech's product line, FerriShield's D-subminiature shielding gaskets eliminate gap problems between connector and I/O surface plates. The gaskets are conformable to irregular surfaces and compressible from 0.100" to 0.025" (2,5 to 0,6mm). The outside surface is metalized CuNi fabric possessing a surface resistivity of 0.005-0.010 ohms per linear inch. Five sizes up to 50 conductors are available.

Single Line Feed-Thru EMI Filters
Spectrum Control, Inc. now offers COTS single line feed-thru EMI filters that are the commercial equivalent to M15733-PRF/72, M15733-PRF/73, and M15733-PRF/74. The filters meet all requirements of the QPL, are readily accessible and UL and Semko approved. COTS filters are offered in both AC and DC models.
