Metalized Fabric RFI Shielding Contacts
FerriShield’s RFI Shielding line now contains a very low profile and low compression force (0.060” 1.5mm compresses to 0.015” 0.4mm) shielding contact. Positioning at intervals provides electrical contact between opposing metal surfaces. The CuNi metalized surface is compatible with most applications. Mounts simply and securely using a Very High Bond pressure sensitive transfer adhesive.

Large Enclosure Shielding Gasket
Omega Shielding Products’ 99-400-00 beryllium copper gasket is a highly effective RF shield and ESD ground for applications with large enclosure doors and uneven surface areas. This configuration provides a large dynamic range of deflection, .25" (6.4mm) with low compression force and is designed to withstand repeated compressions typical of an open/close door environment.
This highly conductive gasket includes mounting holes of .142" (3.6mm) diameter on .375" (9.5mm) centers to accommodate mechanical fastening with screws or rivets. The gasket may also be spot welded or soldered in place.
99-400-00 is supplied in standard 25ft (7.6M) coils and is also available in continuous length rolls up to 495ft (150M) with a bright finish. This gasket can also be ordered with one of 10 additional surface finish and plating options.

AR Offers S1G3 Series Amplifier Upgrade Program
AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is currently offering customers who own its S1G3 Series Amplifier (.8 - 3.0GHz) a special opportunity to save when upgrading to a S1G4 Amplifier (.8 - 4.2GHz).

Conductive Foam Gaskets
Available as standard gaskets, custom designs or sheet stock, durable Tech-Etch 2700 Series Conductive Foam has X, Y and Z axis conductivity for maximum EMI shielding attenuation. The material is ideal for computer, router and telecom I/O shielding. It is offered with or without pressure- sensitive conductive adhesive covering the entire mounting surface or with nonconductive adhesive tape in spot application. Constructed from conductive open-cell polyurethane foam, it has nickel over copper-plated polyester fabric on two sides. The fabric is woven on one side and not woven on the other. Standard thicknesses are .059”, .087”, and .134”. Conductive Foam is both 94V-rated and RoHS compliant, and due to low compression set it has a long life. Compact EMC-Filtered IEC Inlet Modules
Schaffner is offering the FN 9263 filter series which provides an EMC filter and a mains switch for single-phase switching. Their design allows them to be deployed at low cost in devices with limited space. The filter modules are mechanically compatible with the proven FN 9260 series with integrated fuse, and provide symmetrical and asymmetrical attenuation performance, says the company.
The FN 9263 modules are designed for a maximum continuous operating voltage of 250VAC and for rated currents of 1A to 10A (ENEC, UL, CSA, CQC). The range includes a variety of mechanical mounting versions. The filters have all the required international safety approvals and are RoHS compliant.
