EMI Shielding Fingers

Tech-Etch’s track-mounted beryllium-copper (BeCu) finger stock gaskets help provide mechanical integrity and electrical security for analog and digital designs. The electromagnetic-interference and RF-interference shielding fingers, which can close gaps from 0.05 to 0.25", are durable and ideal for bidirectional applications that call for only a low closing force. The BeCu gaskets provide more than 110dB H-field shielding at 100kHz and more than 110dB E-field shielding at 10mHz.

The track is installed with pressure sensitive tape, plastic rivets, or spot welding. The fingers can be supplied in continuous coils up to 35 feet long, as single fingers, or in strips ranging from 16 to 24 inches.
