MGE UPS Systems Plan for India

MGE UPS Systems in France, a global player in uninterruptible power supplies and associated services, has decided to activate its wholly-owned subsidiary in India. The setting up of MGE UPS Systems India Pvt Ltd will allow MGE to intensify its presence after being in business for 10 years in the Indian market. Ambit Corporate Finance is the advisor to MGE in India.

Growth in the power protection market in India is estimated at over 20% per year. This initiative shows MGE’s commitment to India and its customers, said Claude Graff, president and CEO, MGE UPS Systems.
