Electrovaya Gets Air Force Contract
Electrovaya Inc. of Toronto, Ontario, Canada,
has been awarded a $198,000 contract to deliver
a portable power energy system with integrated
energy storage systems and associated electronics
to the U.S. Air Force. The company develops and
manufactures portable power solutions with its
proprietary Lithium-Ion SuperPolymer® battery
technology for tablet PCs, aerospace and wireless
sectors, and alternative energy applications such
as UPS, stand-by power, plug-in hybrids and zero-emission
vehicles.
