Cholmondeley Joins Ultralife Board of Directors
Paula H. J. Cholmondeley has been elected to
the board of directors of Ultralife Batteries
Inc. of Newark, New York. She comes with vast
experience in international business, strategic
planning and finance.
Previously, Cholmondeley had been with Owens-Corning
as vice president of business development and
global sourcing, general manager of the residential
insulation division and president of the Miraflex
division. Until recently she was general manager
of the specialty products division of Sappi Fine
Paper, N.A.
She is a certified public accountant with extensive
finance experience as CFO of Blue Cross Blue Shield
of Greater Philadelphia, CFO of ad agency Zebra
Associates and interim CFO of Owens-Corning.
